Joomla 1.5.x.x was used for testing purposes.

To get Blogillo running, first prepare Joomla: download, install and enable the following plugins for your Joomla 1.5 installation:
1) System - Real Simple Discovery (RSD): http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/rsd/frs/
2) XML-RPC - metaWeblog API: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/metaweblogapi/frs/

Disable all other xml-rpc related plugins. Now, find and install Blogillo from the Lubuntu Software center: System tools >> Lubuntu Software center.

When Lubuntu Software Center opens, in the GET SOFTWARE tab, click INTERNET, scroll down to find BLOGILLO BLOGGING CLIENT
